4. The event is open to the public and free of charge OR the event is open to the public and all proceeds from admission fees charged will benefit the nonprofit, educational or governmental mission of the sponsoring organization.

5. You agree that neither KVUT, kvut.org, UT TYLER nor any person or organization affiliated with any of those entities is obligated in any way to promote the event you are submitting on this website, online, on social media, or on the air. The KVUT Event Calendar is operated solely for the benefit of KVUT and its listeners. Events will be selected based on that criteria without explanation or right of appeal.

You waive all claims against KVUT, UT TYLER and any employee, contractor, student, intern or other affiliate thereof for decisions regarding inclusion or exclusion of events, and from any resulting damages related to such decisions.

Submission of an event constitutes agreement to these terms and waiver of all rights related in any way to such submissions.
